Why am I writing?

Hello, hola, bonjour!

I decided to start up this fitness/lifestyle blog in order to help, motivate and encourage anyone that is willing to eat clean and train dirty. No matter your goal, to gain/lose weight, or just to lead a healthier lifestyle, the information I’ll help provide will be relatable. It’s never been an easy road, and for the last 3years+ I haven’t always been consistent. It has only been this year when I began to take it more seriously and be more disciplined, that’s where the results flooded in. Apart from that, eating well and exercising is a lifestyle I will never look back on as it has changed my outlook on life in fitness and generally.

I am no expert and constantly strive to be stronger and healthier everyday, something I have become so passionate about that I want everyone to do the same. I will be covering issues I find in the world of fitness, embarking on challenges, attending fitness events, reviewing supplements and products, as well as providing some nutritional truths!
