As some of you may know from my Snapchat last weekend was a Workout Weekend! I went to two amazing workouts within the space of 5 hours. It made me happy especially for the fact that I hadn’t worked out that much during the week lol!
#EsquireTownhouse – Esquire Magazine
In conjunction with Esquire Magazines 25th anniversary they celebrated in the “EsquireTownhouse” and as soon as I found out that they were doing a fitness morning, you know I had to sign up!
There were an array of classes ranging from yoga to running with Adidas to high intensity classes. I signed up for the Barry’s Bootcamp class as I am totally in love with their workouts lol! We trained with Master Trainer Olly Truelove who gave us the pump you need first thing on a Saturday morning. The room the workout took place in had beautiful decor and gold plated chandeliers. Then it was us, the resistance band and a bottle of water to quench our thirst.

As part of Be:FitLondon 12 week Autumn Challenge, we were given a chance to try Rebound’s trampolining workouts based at Frame in Shoreditch. It was definitely something I was excited to try! The workout itself was on a mini trampoline, but my word, did I get worked out! I was worked from head to toe no doubt! As simple as the concept is, it is a very effective way to work up a sweat! I found myself even falling behind on the routine as I tried to balance. There were core exercises and stretches incorporated in the workout which also took about 45 minutes.
