Chocolate Protein Energy Balls

A sweet tooth is one of the main reasons why I personally deviate from my usual eating habits, and its perfectly normal. I’m human, and eating out of the norm is natural; it helps maintain balance.

In addition to that it is unsustainable to eat consistently well.

SO why not try these chocolate protein energy balls! Guilt free nibbles to have in between meals.

As they are made with oats and protein; they are filling and release energy slowly, as well as tasting great!

Watch as I make it live on the video link below!

The ingredients are as follows;

  • 100g Quaker Oats
  • 5g  Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 2tbsp Maple Syrup
  • A scoop of Protein Powder (chocolate)
  • Water to mix in to a doughy texture

If you’d like it slightly more chocolatey, add a teaspoon of cacao!

The balls are then covered in coconut flour to ease the moulding process.

The recipe makes about 18 balls and each serving is 3 balls – with 7g protein per serving!
