Homemade Granola in 20 Minutes!

Breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day and I feel like my day is somewhat incomplete without a filling start!

I have always been a fan of oats in the morning but thought to have it in a different way, granola!

Here is a quick recipe for you to make;

What You Need

  • 150g Superfast Oats or oats of your choice
  • 120g Apple and Cinnamon seed mix (from ASDA)
  • 75ml maple syrup

for protein granola add 30g of protein powder to the oats.

How To

Mix the oats with the seed mix and maple syrup until evenly distributed!

Place into the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 150oC (fan oven).

Take out of the oven and leave to cool.

Package in an air tight container in order to keep the crunchiness.

Enjoy with milk, yogurt, or fruit!

The recipe makes 5 servings, each 275 kcal.
