All sessions are recorded and can be sent on a private link to be done at a later time.

What equipment will I need?

You can use:

  • Household products that hold weight ie. food tins, water bottles, or
  • Weights (if you have them)
  • Resistance bands

All monthly members will be also able to obtain 10% off Booty Bootcamp resistance bands purchased to be used at home in the classes.
